THE PROPELLER OF SUCCESS

BY: MAYOR TIMO

“For greater is he which is in you, than he which is in the world.” – Saint Paul.

This statement actually means that, your body is only a carrier of the real you.

The real you is primarily made up of your spirit and your soul (mind and emotions).

Whatever happens in your spirit and your soul affect the body.

Who then are you? From God’s point of view, this is who you are:

1. You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden.
2. You are a giver and not a beggar.
3. You are a blessing and not a curse.
4. You are a solution and not a problem.
5. You are the head and not the tail.
6. You are the light of the world – shine out!
7. You are the answer and not the question.
8. You bring joy and not morn.
9. You bring comfort and not confusion.
10. You bring peace and not pains.

Always know that this is who you are! If it is something different, then feed your spirit by studying and meditating on the words of God.Feed your soul by listening to the words of God and godly music.

You are God’s image, so live it out!

REMAIN BLESSED!!!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF By: Mayor Timo

There may be days when you get up in the morning

and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be,

that's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.

There are times when people disappoint you and let you down,

but those are the times when you must remind yourself

to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your

life focused on believing in yourself and all that you are capable of.

There will be challenges to face and

changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.

Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you.

It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle

you will find a stronger sense of who you are.

So when the days come that are filled with

frustration and unexpected responsibilities,

remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be,

because the challenges and changes will only help you to

find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.

Keep believing in yourself.

FAITH IS THE PASSPORT INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD

BY: Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke

Faith is the passport and visa into the Kingdom of God and all its resources. It is not by the rules of any organization. If church members begin to bow to a leader’s personal orders, it is a creeping death – cultism.

Twice Jesus said, “One is your Master, even Christ” (Matthew 23:8, 10). Yet, even He never interfered with the ordinary decisions of His disciples.

The original word, ‘disciple’ in Scripture means ‘learner’ or ‘follower’, and has nothing to do with discipline. His only rule was, “He who is not with me is against me” (Luke 11:23). Cultism is elitist, exclusive, while Jesus and the Gospel are all embracing.

We can all come by faith, and we are all instantly recognized by name. “I summon you by name and bestow on you a title of honor” (Isaiah 45:4).

Scripture constantly shows God dealing with individuals. Not only that, but He chooses us. Jesus said, “You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you” (John 15:16). We belong to Him when He calls us and when we believe.

For each individual, there is a unique contact with God. Each one who believes knows God in a way no-one else does! God’s greatness cannot be displayed through one life. It needs all our lives.

The goodness of God is a great jewel with a million facets - together we display the wonders of His grace.

We were made by Him and for Him in an intimate, personal way. God is MY God, just as He was the God of Abraham. Yahweh is Lord for every personality. We should not try to be a Paul, or Wesley, or Wigglesworth. Everyone believes God his way, according to God’s plan.

HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

3 STEPS GUIDE TO HOW TO FIND YOUR DREAM CAREER - BY: MAYOR TIMO

DO YOUR RESEARCH

Find out about the industry. Do you have friends in the industry? Find out what are the expectations, the knowledge and skills needed. The Internet is also the perfect place to start. You can read books focused on your dream career or check out sites offering career advice on certain industries.

NETWORK WITH PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY

Get to know people in the industry so you get a feel of what it is like upfront. This also sets you up for potential short-term work when the opportunity arises for some hands on experience before you make that leap.

CREATE A PLAN TO PURSUE YOUR DREAM CAREER

Now that you know how to find your dream career, create a plan to achieve it. How do you plan to add new skill sets? How do you plan to apply for the job? When would be able to get practical training, if that’s a requirement? Develop a plan and act upon it!

GOOD LUCK!!!

ALL ABOUT INFLUENCING

By: MayorTimo

We all want the ability to impact people – make them like us, do things for us or even accept our beliefs and way of thinking. All this and so much can be achieve if we possess the right skill and understand what influencing is all about.

Yes, influencing is a skill! And people are more willing to agree with you, if they feel acknowledged, understood and appreciated. And may even end up doing something that, they wouldn’t previously have done because they feel good about making the choice.

Influencing is about understanding yourself and the effect or impact you have on others. On certain occasion, it can be one way, yet the primary relationship is two way, and it’s about changing how others perceive (i.e. see) you.

When influencing, perception is reality! Whatever goes well for you matters less – if it isn’t perceived so by others, then it doesn’t exist, other than in your mind.

You could be doing the most brilliant presentation you’ve ever created, but if you haven’t brought your ‘audience’ with you, the brilliance is wasted. You have to be able to see what’s going on for them!

Influencing can sometimes be looked at as the ability to maneuver. The other person isn’t pushed into seeing your view of the world, but is persuaded, often unconsciously, into understanding it.

Sometimes you can get so used to your own personal style or way of being or pattern of communicating, that you don’t think of how it’s being received, and you don’t think of behaving in any other way.

Influencing is about being able to move things forward, without pushing, forcing or telling others what to do. Thus, whatever your type of work, influencing others is about having the confidence and willingness to use yourself to make things happen.

Influencing people is also the ability to ‘work’ a dynamic, whether it’s a large group, one to one or over the phone. ‘Working’ they dynamic has to do with, using everything at your disposal, both verbal and non-verbal communication, to create the impact you want, rather than letting things just happen.

A POEM OF HOPE - By: Helena Fehr

I feel the arms of God around me,
as I lay on my bed at night.
Asleep, I feel the Angel's touch-
I'm surrounded and held tight.

I don't know why it is,
that God should love me so,
that He would send His only Son,
to hang there on Death-row.

He guards me night and day,
always bringing love and hope.
Somehow, I know I will survive,
for He will help me cope.

As a father has compassion on his child,
so my Lord has compassion on me.
I know I can count on him-
There is nowhere from His love I want to flee.

DONALD TRUMP TOP TEN RULES FOR SUCCESS

By: Mayor Timo

If you've heard Mr. Trump speak, you may have noticed him emphasizing several things repeatedly such as - never give up is one, being passionate is another, keeping focused is up there, and keeping your momentum runs a close fourth. Well, he says all this from experience as he shares the following tips;

1. Never give up! Do not settle for remaining in your comfort zone. Remaining complacent is a good way to get nowhere.

2. Be passionate! If you love what you're doing, it will never seem like work.

3. Be focused! Ask yourself: What should I be thinking about right now? Shut out interference. In this age of multitasking, this is a valuable technique to acquire.

4. Keep your momentum! Listen, apply and move forward. Do not procrastinate.

5. See yourself as victorious! That will focus you in the right direction.

6. Be tenacious! Being stubborn can work wonders.

7. Be lucky! The old saying, "The harder I work, the luckier I get" is absolutely right on.

8. Believe in yourself! If you don't, no one else will either. Think of yourself as a one-man or one-woman army.

9. Ask yourself: What am I pretending not to see? There may be some great opportunities right around you, even if things aren't looking so great. Great adversity can turn into great victory.

10. Look at the solution, not the problem. And never give up! Never, never, never give up. This thought deserves to be said, remembered and applied many times over. It's that important!

OMNIPOTENCE NEEDS MANPOWER - BY: EVANGELIST REINHARD BONNKE

Jesus did not produce bread out of thin air, when feeding the five thousand. He started out with a small amount, provided by a boy. Thereby hangs a tale with a hundred meanings. Just think about it for a moment – five thousand men plus mothers with children had followed Jesus. Had no one other than a small boy brought anything to eat?

Surely at least a few others must have been the kind who would pay attention to practical matters. Yet the disciples only found one boy who would let them have anything. That boy made it possible for the greatest miracle over nature since creation to take place, enjoying an unrepeatable and exclusive privilege. What a tale he would have to tell for the rest of his life!

If others had brought something with them to eat, they kept it to themselves. So imagine how they must have felt when the disciples gave them bread and fish from the boy’s packed lunch. Jesus could have used their sandwiches but they let the opportunity slip by – not the opportunity of a lifetime but of all time.

Givers never go short. God does not write checks or drop cash from the windows of heaven. He has already put everything that we need on this earth and given us the ability to acquire wealth. God relies on us for his plan and purpose. He gives so that we can give, demonstrating our trustworthiness, to bring about His will and purpose. We are to be agents of providence. Physical or material needs can be met only through us.

In other words, His plan is for us to cooperate with Him, with his providential care. If, like the boy at Galilee, we only have a little to give, we do not need to worry: the Lord can make a lot out of a little. With what we give the Lord can do what we never could. Are you blessed?

SIX PROVEN LEADERSHIP LESSONS

By: Mayor Timo

Leadership is challenging. Part of the challenge is that leading well is not just something we do, but it is something we cultivate in others. To do so well means growing personally in how we lead and developing leadership in others.

Endure

Leadership is a great privilege and calling. God has called you to your position. With it comes great joy and responsibility. The challenges of any position are real and about much more than just the job. It comes with headaches, personal cost and sacrifices. Yet those difficulties are worth suffering to serve the Kingdom.

Invest

Leadership means investing in others for the work that is to be done. Look at your ministry and ask yourself in whom you are investing. Investment means much more than just developing a leadership team. You know Jesus had the many, the 12 and the inner circle of three.

Empower

Leaders don't own, they empower. Good leaders know the work of ministry is not their own but that of Jesus Christ. Leaders are called to steward the ministry and the people within it. Leadership is not about keeping power but about giving it away to others. More than delegating the work load, leaders who empower others willingly share the authority and responsibility, trusting others to do great things for the Kingdom and doing all they can to equip them to do so.

Applaud

When you hear of the success of others, do you feel jealous, or can you take joy in the success of others for the sake of the Kingdom? Secure leaders rejoice in the success of other leaders. In your own ministry, recruit and empower those more talented than you—and then celebrate the work they do. Honor other leaders.

Assess

Leaders should evaluate their own work and the work of others in ministry. This is very important and requires the honest assessment of yourself and others. Many leadership books can provide guidelines for ministry assessment, questions to ask and systems to use.

Fellowship

Leadership requires community. Find a group with whom you can meet, share, pray and rejoice. Finding a group of leaders—often separate from your own ministry—with whom you can honestly share and pray is a great gift and one worth pursuing.

DAYS OF ELIJAH – BY: DONNIE MCCLURKIN

Verse 1:

These are the days of Elijah

Declaring the Word of the Lord, yes

And these are the days of his servant, Moses

Righteousness being restored

And these are the days of great trial

Of famine and darkness and sword

So we are the voice in the desert crying

Prepare ye the way of the Lord

CHORUS:

Behold he comes

Riding on a cloud

Shining like the sun

At the trumpet's call

Lift your voice

It's the year of jubilee

Out of Zion's hill salvation comes

Verse 2:

And these are the days of Ezekiel

With dry bones becoming as flesh

And these are the days of his servant, David

Building the temple of praise, yes

And these are the days of the harvest

The fields are all white in the world

And we are the laborers that are in your vineyard

declaring the word of the Lord

CHORUS 2X

Behold he comes

Riding on a cloud

Shining like the sun

At the trumpet's call

Lift your voice

It's the year of jubilee

Out of Zion's hill salvation comes

There's no God like Jehovah (x8--modulate)

There's no God like Jehovah (x8--modulate)

There's no God like Jehovah (x7)

CHORUS X2

FINDING YOUR PURPOSE - By: Timo Mayor

Your ability to identify your strengths and go for growth will help you along your journey toward reaching your full potential. The following are keys to guide you along this journey and guarantee you success;

Knowing Your Purpose in Life

Successful people know why they're successful. Knowing their purpose in life gives them stability. And when others around them start abandoning their causes and jumping ship when life gets tough, these people use this assurance to steady the boat, to ride out the storm because they have a true North Star. It becomes an anchor in their life — a confidence based upon knowledge of purpose.

Passion, the Great Energizer

Passion is one path you can take to discover your purpose. What are you passionate about? What do you really care about? What would you live for? What would you die for?

Passion is not 100 percent foolproof, but it will get you into the location, the area, the neighborhood of what your purpose really is. Passion is a wonderful thing; it’s sometimes called the great energizer. It’s no secret that passionate people have a lot of energy. That’s why when you see successful people, they love what they’re doing and they’re doing what they love. They never run out of energy and they can’t wait to get going. If you find a person who has passion, you find a person who has energy.

Entering the Strength Zone

Another path you can take to discover your passion is the Strength Zone. Thus, what you’ve got to do is find the path that enables you to answer the question: What do I do well? What are my strengths? What is my giftedness? What is the talent, the uniqueness that sets me apart from everybody else?

Everyone has a uniqueness about them that, if they could discover it, fine-tune it, work hard and grow in it, would set them apart. The Strength Zone takes your giftedness and talent, and begins to lift you above the crowd. No one has ever been successful doing something that they didn’t like, and no one has ever been successful doing something they can’t do well. Yet every day, millions of people do something they don’t like doing and wonder why they’re not a success.

People Don’t Pay for Average

People simply will not pay for average. They never have, and never will. You need to understand that being average has never caught anybody’s attention and made anybody go the extra mile. Being average has never helped anyone rise above the crowd. Average is average. If people dislike anything average, what then makes you think you can have an average business or an average career or an average life and make a difference? Average doesn’t make a difference. Average is just that - average.

Stop Working on Your Weaknesses

How can you be strong, when you dwell in weakness? Yes, stop working on your weaknesses. Why? You ask! Well, it’s very easy. It’s because you are weak in your weaknesses. Our education system has taught us to work on our weakness. For instance, if you got an A in math but a C in English, what did your teacher and parents tell you to work on? That’s right, English. They say, “Get that English grade up.”

Well, don't beat-up yourself over the English grade. Understand that you have a math mind, simple! It’s not that you’re dumb; it’s just that your math mind is better than your English mind. You’re better at numbers than you are at words. It’s not right or wrong; it’s just who you are. It’s your uniqueness. In fact, what you should do is thank God you got a C!

What’s Your Growth Plan?

Success is knowing your purpose in life. But there are people who know their purpose in life but they’re not successful. You need a growth plan to help you reach your maximum potential. It’s not only knowing what you should do; it’s about growing in that area to maximize and highlight the things that you do well. That’s continual growth. Growth is not an automatic process. If you’re going to grow, you need to do so intentionally.

What You Do Today Determines Your Success

Success is not a mystery. It is tangible and achievable for everyone, yet it’s going to start with this statement: “The secret of your success is determined by your daily agenda, by what you and I do—today.” Highly successful people know their purpose in life, they grow to their maximum potential and they sow seeds that benefit others. They don’t live for themselves. They’re a river, not a reservoir. They understand what significance is. Significance is adding value to others.
